Meet Ricky, our rickshaw inspired robot for sustainable tourism – 2017 Regular Elementary Challenge.
Ricky – our 2017 elementary solution – is a model that takes Scientists and Visitors into areas they are allowed to visit. He also preserves the habitats of jaguars and turtles (endangered species), to prevent them from becoming extinct. He’s route is dependent on the number of endangered animals found in the different areas. On the tour, Ricky must also return endangered animals that have wandered into the tourist areas to their proper habitat - the rainforest or the ocean.
